Stephanie Snyder – SVP & Commercial Strategy Leader – Cyber Solutions at Aon
Stephanie is an insurance broker for current and prospective Errors & Omissions (E&O) and Cyber clients, specializing complex global risks. As Commercial Strategy Leader, she is also responsible for the development of Aon’s Cyber Solutions’ capabilities and go-to-market approach. Stephanie works closely with Cyber Solutions’ leadership to link business strategy, insurance market trends, cyber risk trends and Aon’s products/services into a cohesive message to drive marketing and sales across Aon Commercial Risk Solutions.
Stephanie has experience with E&O and Cyber coverage as both a broker and underwriter. She enjoys engaging with clients and prospects to create innovative solutions to address technology and cyber risk. Her industry focus includes technology companies, manufacturers, retailers, life sciences companies and financial institutions. Stephanie speaks frequently on cyber risk and has moderated and served on numerous conference panels. In addition, Stephanie authors Cyber Solutions’ thought leadership, including Aon’s 2019 & 2020 Cyber Security Risk Reports. Stephanie is routinely quoted in various insurance publications on the topic of cyber risk and insurance.
Stephanie joined Aon in 2015 and spent 3 years as National Sales Leader for Aon’s Professional Risk Solutions (PRS) practice, focusing on E&O and Cyber insurance business development and product innovation. In this role, Stephanie built out the PRS go-to-market strategy and led the design and launch of Aon Cyber Enterprise Solution®. Stephanie has been in her current role since 2018. Prior to Aon, Stephanie spent 8 years with Marsh, specializing in E&O and Cyber. She also led Marsh’s West Zone E&O/Cyber Practice. Prior to her brokerage roles, Stephanie spent 5 years with AIG. Her experience includes establishing and building the Commercial Lines insurance practice at AIG in Tel Aviv, Israel.

Elizabeth Martin provides over 20 years of experience in the Information Security, Compliance, and Risk Management industry and 25 years in Information Technology. Ms. Martin evaluates challenges associated with protecting an organization’s assets while offering improvements that will support growth, improve operational efficiencies, meet compliance requirements, and mitigate risk. Ms. Martin has extensive experience in the Fortune 500 automotive, retail, financial, healthcare, government, and managed security services verticals.

Continuing Professional Education Units
ISSA Chicago Chapter meeting attendees are eligible to claim CPE units. CPE allotment is determined by your certification body and is typically one CPE per hour of attendance with reporting in quarter-CPE increments. For auditing purposes, the start and stop times of your participation will be provided as evidence in an email following the meeting. ISSA Chicago suggests attendees round down to the nearest quarter; i.e. 1 hour 54 minutes would be reported as 1.75 CPEs
If an attendee participates for less than 15 minutes, the system will not send a confirmation.
